If you are triggered or super sensitive to ANXIETY and DEPRESSION, this episode is NOT for you. I repeat, it is NOT for you.
With that being said, I have suffered severe depression and what I would call mild anxiety. I have done some pretty awful things to myself to help relieve the pain. But what I've been seeing a lot in social media lately is talk and no action. I am so done with women crying for help but never taking action.
I'm sorry but I was also in your shoes and instead of bitch and moan, I did something about it. So can you. Enough crying, whining, complaining and waiting for someone else to fix you. You have to find help. Find the answers. Create the time, energy, and space to HEAL yourself!
I take you on my little rant and some of my journey through some pretty serious depression. This episode is not for the faint of heart. My intentions are to share my thoughts, feelings, and experiences because I KNOW I cannot be the only person who feels this way. I have felt alone for far too long and now I know I am not alone.
