Quick fixes...Who doesn’t want a quick fix! Here! Take this
magic pill and you’ll feel amazing ... until you don’t. Then what?
Look for another magic pill.
I have an extra vertebrae in my spine. I have been consistently working out, eating clean 75% ish of the time, stretching or yoga, and seeing my massage therapist on a regular basis.
I have suffered from severe back pain for YEARS! Mostly due to my muscles trying to overcompensate for my extra curvy spine. Today, I am proud to say I DO NOT take any pain meds for my back. I am stronger and more able bodied than I have been in a very long time.
This process did not happen overnight and the results will continue to last as long as I keep taking care of my body BEFORE the pain starts. Pain is a symptom. Quick fixes don’t cure the pain. They are a bandaid.
What in your life is causing you pain? How much time/energy/money have you spent on quick fixes?When are you going to rip off the bandaid and actually deal with the real problem?
