Facing your fears can be tough. I get it. For a long time, I would shove all of my fears and anxieties deep down inside me and throw away the key. But over time that pressure builds and builds until one day the pressure becomes to great and erupts. Who knows how big the destruction will be or what it will look like but we typically hurt everyone around us, including ourselves when we do this.
But what if we faced those fears one baby step at a time? Slowly let that pressure out instead of build up? What if we could prove to ourselves that facing our fears is a form of growth and that its not going to kill us to do the "uncomfortable" things?
In this episode, I give examples and tools how to break down your fears and face them head on. It's not always easy but if we aren't growing, we are dying. Which one are you?
Courage Conference is this Saturday!! Grab your spot while tickets are still available here.
