What if we started asking ourselves how we WANT to feel instead of staying stuck in the negative feelings we have?
What if we could change the way we felt about our situation?
What if we could take action steps towards a better day? A better life?
This is my take on "how I want to feel". This concept is not new. The concept of Core Desired Feelings was taught to me by my coach through the work of Danielle Laporte. This has been a game changer for me in all areas of my life. I hope it is the same for you.
